Absolutely! You can play solo or with up to 6 people. Each player follows on their own phone and the game syncs across all devices in real time.

What if we get stuck on a puzzle?

Each puzzle has a hint button (+1 min penalty) and a background story button. There's also a GPS skip button if you have location issues.

When does my code expire?

Your code has no fixed expiry date — but it will expire 48 hours after you first log in, or once your team completes all levels. So once you start, finish the adventure!

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds if requested before the game has been started. Contact us at [email protected].

Is it suitable for kids? What age?

Yes! Kids aged 8 and above can usually participate fully — they love finding clues and spotting details adults miss. Younger children are welcome too, just with a bit of parental help on the trickier puzzles. All routes involve relaxed walking with no climbing or special access required.

What if the weather is bad?

Your code never expires, so you can simply wait for a better day. All puzzles are solvable from the street — no need to enter buildings or stand in exposed locations for long. Light rain is usually fine; we'd suggest postponing only in heavy wind or storm conditions.

What if we can't finish in one go?

Your progress is saved automatically, so you can take a break and log back in with the same team name and password to continue. Just note that once you first log in, you have 48 hours to complete the game before your code expires — so don't wait too long!
